Everards – Two Tribes

Here at Everards we’ve taken top fermenting ale yeast and bottom fermenting lager yeast, added a load of hops, and let it ‘brew its thing’ for 5 whole days! The reward for this madness is a hoppy, full flavoured refreshing pint with subtle citrus notes which is really rather different!”

Very innovative I’m sure, but not for a boring traditional old fart like me. Refreshing it was though. 4.5% A.B.V
