The brewery: "Established in 1994, in the cellar of Brighton’s Evening Star pub, Dark Star is a hobby that got out of control....Planned on the back of a beer mat before craft was cool, Dark Star was built by grit, graft, grey matter (and the Grateful Dead). The beer: "It’s cold outside and we're coming in hot with a little IPA with BIG flavour! This 3.4% brew explodes with red fruit, caramel, citrus and pine notes."
